Importantly N&J commits to its customers that the weights that you receive will be those that you are charged for. Similarly, all quantities that you have ordered, and brands that you have ordered, will be delivered as invoiced.

Damages and shortages must be reported as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to replace as quickly as we can.

There is no minimum delivery charge when ordering from N&J, but we do ask your understanding that if a van

is not planned to be in your neighbourhood then next day delivery might not be possible.
